Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order under the following conditions:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Cancellation requests received after dispatch will not be eligible for a refund under this policy.
Order Cancellation by Happy Panda
Happy Panda reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in the following situations:

Pricing, technical, or system errors.

Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable customer information.

Any circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
In such cases, customers will be notified via email or phone, and any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.
Refund for Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
